12:30 am – 1:15 pm | Tabata Workout | A cardiovascular training method. Involves 20 seconds at maximum speed, interspersed with 10 seconds of rest, to be executed for a total of 4 minutes. |
1:15 pm – 2:00 pm | Functional Circuit | A set of exercises to tone legs, abdomen, and arms. |
2:30 pm – 4:00 pm | Modern Dance | Modern dance. PAID COURSE |
5:00 pm – 6:00 pm | Dance for Kids | Dance for children. PAID COURSE |
6:00 pm – 6:45 pm | Yoga Strenght | Exercises that strengthen muscles, improve cardiac function, enhance coordination, and improve muscle tone. Movements are synchronized with breathing in each position. |
6:45 pm – 7:30 pm | Body Pump | A group activity ideal for those who want to tone the body, strengthen muscles, and speed up the metabolism quickly. |
7:30 pm – 8:15 pm | Functional | Consists of a series of exercises like running, jumping, push-ups aimed at stimulating and developing various capabilities such as motor control and posture. |
8:30 pm – 9:30 pm | Zumba | It's a group fitness class that uses the rhythms and movements of Afro-Caribbean music, mixed with traditional aerobic moves. PAID COURSE |

1:15 pm – 14:00 pm | Pilates | A program of exercises that focuses on postural muscles. Pilates exercises particularly develop awareness of breath and spinal alignment. The core of the method is the toning and strengthening of all muscles connected to the trunk: abdomen, buttocks, adductors, and lumbar area. |
